Step 3 — Confirm the Quote

Reply to confirm you’d like to proceed. If you have special requests (color separation, outline text, cutter-ready paths), confirm them here so the final output matches your workflow.

Step 4 — Invoice & Payment

We send an invoice via PayPal. Once payment is completed, your job is queued and we get started.

Step 5 — Manual Vectorization & Cleanup

Our designers rebuild your artwork into clean, editable vector paths—smooth curves, fewer nodes, crisp edges, and correct handling of text/effects.

Step 6 — Delivery (Files Included)

We deliver your final files by email (or download link), typically including AI / EPS / SVG / PDF. If requested, we can also include DXF (cutter workflows) and preview files like PNG/JPG.

Step 7 — Review & Revisions
Check the deliverables in your intended workflow. If you need adjustments within scope, send your notes—we’ll apply revisions and resend the updated files.
