Per-job pricing runs $19–$190. Upload your source file and the estimator grades complexity on the spot — tier, dollar price, and credit cost update as you fill in the form. What to upload
We accept raster and vector uploads up to 50 MB — PNG, JPG, HEIC, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR, TIFF, BMP, WebP. Clean, high-resolution sources draw fastest and price lower; damaged scans or phone photos may land in a higher tier. Multiple files per job are fine — include install size, substrate, and color standard in the job description. How the process works
What you get
Every job is redrawn by hand in Illustrator — named layers, correct spot colors, and layered AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF on every order. Standard delivery is 24 hr. DXF, color separations, and specialty vector formats on request. For embroidery we deliver digitizer-ready vector paths; stitch files (DST, PES) are made by your digitizer. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Upload, see your instant price, and check out as a guest. Create an account anytime to track orders, re-download files, and use subscription credits.
How fast will I get my files?
Most standard jobs deliver within 24 hours of checkout. Rush (12 hr) and Flex (3 days, -10%) are available at checkout. See turnaround details on the turnaround page.
What if the price changes after I upload?
Your tier and price are set when you upload and locked at checkout. If a designer opens the file and the scope is larger than described, we contact you before any additional charge.
Which industries do you support?
Sign shops, screen printing, embroidery, DXF/laser/CNC, vinyl cutters, engraving, vehicle wraps, and signage fabricators. Pick your workflow in the form so deliverables match your machine.
Is my artwork kept private?
Yes. Files are used only to produce your order and for re-download from your account. We never use customer artwork for training, portfolios, or third parties without written permission.
Can I pay with subscription credits?
Yes — sign in before checkout and credits apply automatically if your plan has a balance. Per-job card payment is always available for one-off work.
Do you also do image editing, logo design or embroidery digitizing?
No. VectorWiz does one thing: manual vector conversion. We rebuild your artwork as production-correct vector files. We don't edit photos, design logos from scratch or digitize stitch files; for embroidery we deliver clean vector paths that your digitizer turns into DST or PES.
