Acceptance of terms

By using VectorWiz (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Gigaverse on behalf of VectorWiz.

The service

VectorWiz provides manual vector conversion: in-house designers rebuild raster artwork into production-correct vector files. We do not provide logo design services, image editing, or other adjacent creative work — only vector conversion of existing artwork.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are provisioned per organization; multiple users per organization land in v1.1.

Payments and billing

• Per-job: Pay by PayPal invoice. Work begins when payment clears.
• Subscriptions: Starter ($399/mo) and Pro ($799/mo) bill monthly via PayPal. Plan credits reset at the start of each cycle and are use-it-or-lose-it.
• Top-up packs: 50/150/500 credits sold individually. Pack credits carry over while subscribed; remain for 90 days after cancellation.

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Plan credits expire on cancellation; top-up pack credits remain for 90 days.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights in artwork you submit. We claim no rights in the source files or deliverables produced for you — they're yours to use as you see fit. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the right to do so (you own it, your customer authorized the conversion, etc.).

The Service itself (software, design, content on this site) is owned by Gigaverse and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't submit artwork you don't have rights to convert. Don't submit anything illegal, harmful, or unsuitable for general business contexts. We reserve the right to decline jobs that conflict with these principles, with full refund.

Quality and revisions

Revisions are free until the file is production-correct for the spec given at order time. If we genuinely cannot make the file production-correct (rare), we refund the credits or the price you paid at checkout. Quality issues should be raised within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We strive for production-correct files within stated SLAs but make no warranty of suitability for any specific use beyond the spec given at order time. We don't warrant uptime of the platform.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you to VectorWiz in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or applicable law. On termination, you have 30 days to download your deliverables before they are purged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
