The VectorWiz referral program pays you 10% cashback on each paid order a customer you refer checks out — on up to 5 paid orders per referred customer. Share your personal link or code from the Referrals page in your dashboard; your friend orders as usual at the normal price. Cashback appears when their order is paid, you claim it for a quick review, and once approved you can withdraw it as cash through Stripe or convert it to VectorWiz credits.

Which orders earn
Paid self-serve orders checked out by card earn cashback on the order total. Orders paid entirely with wallet credits, plan subscriptions and credit top-ups don't.
How long your link counts
After someone clicks your link it's remembered for 30 days. A code typed at checkout always takes priority over a link.
One referrer per customer
A referred customer stays linked to the first referrer they're attributed to. You can't refer yourself.
Refunds and cancellations
If a referred order is cancelled or refunded before its cashback is paid out, that cashback is voided.
Every claim is reviewed
The VectorWiz team reviews each claim before it can be paid. If one isn't approved you'll see why, and newer earnings can still be claimed.

The cashback rate and order limit on this page are the program's current settings. Each earning keeps the rate that applied when its order was paid.

Who can join the VectorWiz referral program?
Any VectorWiz customer. Your personal link and code are on the Referrals page in your dashboard — sign in and they're ready to share. New to VectorWiz? Your account is created with your first order.
How much cashback do I earn?
10% of the order total on each paid order from a customer you referred, for up to 5 paid orders per referred customer.
Does my friend get a discount?
No. A referral never changes your friend's price, and any promo code they're eligible for still applies. The cashback is paid by VectorWiz, not by them.
Should I share my link or my code?
Either works. Your link is remembered for 30 days after someone clicks it, and your code can be typed into the promo field at checkout. If both are present, the typed code wins.
When does my cashback show up?
As soon as the referred order is paid. It appears on your Referrals page as ready to claim.
How do I get paid?
Claim your earnings from the dashboard. Once the VectorWiz team approves the claim, convert the approved balance to credits instantly, or withdraw it as cash to a payout account you connect through Stripe.
What happens if a claim isn't approved?
Every claim gets a manual review. If one isn't approved, the reason the team gave is shown on your Referrals page, and you can keep claiming newer earnings.
What if a referred order is refunded?
Cashback from a cancelled or refunded order is voided, as long as it hasn't already been paid out.
Do subscriptions or credit top-ups earn cashback?
No. Cashback is earned on paid self-serve orders checked out by card. Orders paid entirely with wallet credits, plan subscriptions and credit top-up packs don't earn.
What if a cash withdrawal fails?
Nothing is lost. If Stripe can't send a withdrawal, the full amount returns to your approved balance so you can try again or convert it to credits.
