What is white label vector conversion?
You sell vector artwork to your own clients, and we draw it. A designer redraws each logo by hand as clean vector art, you download the files, and you deliver them under your own name. Nothing in the files says VectorWiz, and we never deal with your client.
Will my client see VectorWiz anywhere in the files?
No. No VectorWiz name, logo or watermark goes into any delivered file. Files keep the names the designer gives them, and those can follow your job reference: put the reference in the order notes and ask for it in the file names.

When does a monthly plan pay off over per-job pricing?
When you send enough work each month to use most of a plan's credits. Starter is $399/month for 130 credits and Pro is $799/month for 380 credits. Plan credits reset monthly, so choose the plan for your steady volume and cover busy months with top-up packs. For occasional jobs, per-job pricing is the better fit.
Do resold jobs get the same turnaround and guarantee?
Yes, nothing changes. Standard is 24 hours, Rush is 12 hours for 50% more and Flex is 3 business days for 10% less. Every job has unlimited revisions and the 100% remake guarantee.
How am I billed?
By card per order, or through your monthly plan. Invoices are issued to your account. If your volume is above what Pro covers, talk to us about higher volume.
