Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VectorWiz when you order a conversion. Written to be read, not to hide things.

The service.
VectorWiz provides manual (human) vector conversion: we rebuild raster artwork into production-correct vector files. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you're using VectorWiz for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
Accounts.
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Orders & payment.
Each upload is priced automatically at upload by our complexity classifier, which sets the complexity tier and price; you see the price before you pay. Per-job orders are charged at checkout; subscription jobs draw from monthly credits. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Your content.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You represent that you have the right to reproduce the artwork you send us — we won't recreate trademarked or rights-restricted work for parties not authorized to use it, and we may decline or pause jobs where the rights chain is unclear.
Deliverables & license.
On full payment, the vector files we deliver are yours to use without restriction. We retain the right to refuse jobs and to keep internal records of work performed. We do not publish or reuse your delivered artwork.
Acceptable use.
Don't use VectorWiz to infringe intellectual property, produce unlawful material, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
Guarantee & refunds.
Every job carries a 100% remake guarantee: if a delivered file isn't production-correct, we redraw it free. If we genuinely cannot make a file work for your stated workflow, we refund the credits or charge for that job. Refunds don't apply to completed, production-correct files you simply changed your mind about.
Disclaimers & liability.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, VectorWiz's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job giving rise to it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including downstream production costs — which is exactly why the remake guarantee exists.
