Your files are your business. Here's how we keep them — and your account and payments — protected.

Encryption.
All traffic to VectorWiz is served over TLS 1.2+. Uploaded artwork and delivered files are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Credentials are stored as salted, hashed values — never in plain text.
Access controls.
Only the designer assigned to your job and the QC reviewer can open your files, and access is logged. Staff authenticate with SSO and mandatory two-factor authentication. We follow least-privilege: no one has standing access to data they don't need.
Your file handling.
Source files and deliverables are isolated per account. We never use customer artwork to train models or for any purpose beyond producing and re-delivering your order. Request deletion at any time and we remove your files within 30 days.
Payments.
Payments are processed by PayPal, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. PayPal handles the entire transaction — VectorWiz never sees or stores your card details, only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Infrastructure.
The service runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with automated backups, network isolation, and continuous monitoring. We patch promptly and review dependencies for known vulnerabilities.
Responsible disclosure.
Found a vulnerability? We want to hear about it. Email security@vectorwiz.com with details and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge reports within two business days and won't pursue good-faith researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
