What does VectorWiz actually do?

Do I need a subscription?

What file formats do you deliver?

Why human conversion instead of auto-trace?

Auto-tracers leave open paths, redundant nodes, and floating artifacts that hang up plotters and produce visible jitter on cut lines. Production buyers can't ship a job until those issues are fixed by hand. We just start with hand.

What if the file doesn't work in my workflow?

Free revisions. You request a revision through the dashboard with a note about what failed; the original designer typically turns the fix in under 4 hours. If we can't make the file work, the credits or card charge are refunded.
