Privacy Policy

What we collect.

We collect only what we need to convert your files and run your account:

• Account data — name, email, company, and password hash when you create an account.
• Order data — the files you upload, the job notes you write, your tier and delivery preferences.
• Billing data — payments are processed by PayPal; we receive a confirmation and your billing region, but never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it.

To price and produce your conversions, deliver files, process payments, send transactional email about your orders, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

Your artwork.

The art you upload is yours. We use it only to produce your conversion and to keep your order history available for re-download. We never use customer artwork to train models, populate a public portfolio, or share with third parties without your written permission. Files are stored encrypted and are deletable on request.

Sharing.

We share data only with the processors that run the service — payment processing, cloud hosting, and transactional email — each under contract to handle it securely and only on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required, and we'll tell you unless the law forbids it.

Cookies.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, plus privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention.

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and legal obligations. Uploaded source files and delivered artwork are retained so you can re-download them; request deletion any time and we remove them within 30 days.

Your rights.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to know what we hold and to object to processing. Email us to exercise any of these — we respond within 30 days.
