The short answer
The veterans emblem is a flag-winged bird in a laurel, with a saluting silhouette and the numeral 22 in the four corners, redrawn as vector art for signage. The numeral is drawn as it appears. This page does not explain it.

What is drawn
A bird with flag-patterned wings fills the center. A laurel rings it. A saluting silhouette stands behind the head. The numeral 22 sits in each corner. Below, the type reads Honoring Veterans, then Ryse, Hope & Resilience, and a line about mental wellness, strength, and service. A teal ribbon sits at the base.
What was redrawn
The bird, the wreath, the silhouette, and the type were redrawn as closed shapes for large-format sign art. The corner numeral is part of the drawing, not a count we measured. Sign shops start at VectorWiz's table.
